主要工作职责 Responsibility

1. 编写及完善生产测试作业指导书；Compiling and updating air compressor products performance test procedures;
2. 对生产测试员工进行培训和指导；Production testing training
3. 产品生产测试过程中异常问题的排除；Product testing troubleshooting
4. 生产测试工装方案设计和改进；Production tool jigs design and improvement;
5. 管理测试团队；Supervise and monitor the test team.

要求 Requirement
I. 电气工程、工业自动化，信息工程，机电一体化等专业毕业；Academic degree or above with major in electrical engineering, industry automation, IT or Mechatronic.
II. 熟悉电气元件功能特性，能看懂电气电路图纸，熟悉变频器工作原理并具有两年变频设备调试工作经验；Familiar with electric element characters and function, can read electric diagram, good knowledge at Frequency inverter and two years related field work experience.
英语CET4+, 读写熟练，熟练使用AutoCAD及Office软件；CET4+, good English read and writing ability, good skill at AutoCAD and MS Office;
