The Personal Assistant will provide full administrative support to Managing Partner including but not limited to the partners. An attractive candidate must have:
(i) a compelling desire to join an entrepreneurial firm;
(ii) a “whatever it takes to get it done” mentality;
(iii) the maturity to work with senior executives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide broad and varied secretarial support under minimum supervision including answering telephone calls, screening incoming emails, scheduling, managing calendar and contacts, filing documents, coordinating meetings, conferences and presentations and organizing travel and itineraries etc.
- Compose correspondence of a routine nature. Take responsibility for replying to emails and correspondence as required.
- Act as a personal assistant to the Managing Partner, providing high-level secretarial and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ROLE

4) Proficient computer word processing, powerpoint & spreadsheet skill

Academic Achievements
- Bachelor Degree from top universities in China, preferably major in English (Level 8 required)
