岗位职责：
1 与成本核算和成本控制相关工作：
负责审核材料采购发票,与采购部协调沟通,确保材料单价不超过合同价,将发票入ERP,挂帐应付帐款；
没有开票的材料当月负责暂估；
负责进口件的材料.关税.运费的入帐和成本分配；
负责加工费的发票审核挂帐和暂估；
负责查看仓库的单据录入情况,月底对ERP的库存管理和存货核算模块进行成本结转和系统处理。
2 与纳税申报相关工作：
负责每个月纳税申报工作,及时与专管员联系,咨询与本公司相关涉税事宜和完成税务局布置相关纳税；
检查报表工作。
3 负责部分总帐模块的转帐：
月末转帐处理工资结转,税收计提,成本结转。
4 负责月度各种财务报表编制和分析：
每月提供库龄分析、周转率、料费和工废,采购月度降价分析、部门管理帐等。
5 辅助财务经理编制德国报表以及其他所需日常工作。

岗位要求：
1 具有大学或大学以上文化程度，从事外资制造型企业专业工作二年以上。
2 熟悉成本核算的成本的分配和控制方面的专业知识。
3 熟悉ERP操作流程， SAP优先。
4 流利的英语口语和书写。

Responsibilities:
1 Cost controlling
Be responsible for checking material purchasing invoice. Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure the material unit price is not higher than contract price. Input invoice to ERP as account payable.
Estimate the price for material without invocie of the current month.
Be responsible for entering material, customs, freight and cost of imported material into account book.
Be responsible for invocie checking and accounting, and price estimation of processing charge
Be responsible for checking the WH documents entering. Process the inventory management and accounting for stocks modules in ERP end of month.
2 Tax declaration
Be responsible for monthly tax declaration. Contact tax administrator in time and inquire tax related matters and finish tax declaration assigned by tax bureau.
Check statement.
3 Transfit of part of general ledger module.
Be responsible for making and analysing various financial statements every month.
4 Making and analysing various financial statements every month.
Provide stock age analysis, turnover rate, material and production scrap, monthly price reduction analysis of purchasing, department account.
5 Support Finance manager on german report and other daily work.

Requirement:
1 Bachlor degree or above. At least 2 years related experience in foreign manufacturing company.
2 Professional knowledge of cost controlling and distribution.
3 Familiar with ERP. SAP is a plus.
4 Fluent english, both writing and speaking.
