To supervise the assigned station/ section, serve Food & Beverage to guests, ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the Longemont shanghai standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
管理部门安排的工作区域,为客人服务饮料和食品,确保与龙之梦酒店标准政策和程序一致的有礼貌的,专业的,高效的,以及灵活的服务,最大程度的使客人满意。
Main Duties:
1. To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the Longemont Shanghai’s standards of performance.
在酒店的标准下,灵活的提供给客人有礼貌的,高效率的,个性化的服务
2. To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力,在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用
3. To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
在其他的餐饮部门或者是酒店的其他部门,尽可能地灵活地去适应所分派的工作。
4. To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another department as per Master Task List for that department.
当转去或分派到其他部门工作,需按照此部门的任务列表细致地完成工作任务
5. To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服务和设施。
6. To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
与客人建立友善的关系。合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求。
7. To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
必须严格履行服务标准
8. To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
保证整个团队的融洽,专业和好客的形象。
9. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned.
根据规定完成开档和收档的工作
10. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative.
彻底的理解和掌握所有菜单中的食物和饮料的知识,并且运用在工作中进行推销销售。
11. To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organize at all times.
保持工作环境的整洁
12. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控所有营运用品,减少破损和损耗。
13. To assist in conducting inventory check on all operating equipment and supplies according to the policy.
依照规定做好判定工作,及时补充。
14. To handle guest enquiries either by telephone or in person in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
有礼貌的,有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉,无论通过电话还是亲自过来。如果问题不能马上解决,必须告诉客人,及确保问题得以解决。同时,及时地报告上级主管。
15. To attend and contribute to all staff meetings departmental and hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities.
参加或组织部门的培训和会议,以及出席酒店安排的培训和相关活动
16. To fully support the departmental trainers function in the department assigned

管理部门安排的工作区域,为客人服务饮料和食品,确保与龙之梦酒店标准政策和程序一致的有礼貌的,专业的,高效的,以及灵活的服务,最大程度的使客人满意。
