Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic business development, customer and project acquisition
2. Market and customer analysis
3. Allocation of sales budget
4. Development and implementation of BIZ-Modes
5. Controlling and conduction of sales process (acquisition, customer presentation, identification of needs and budgets, project quotation, pricing negotiation)
6. Manage the relationship with the customers and ensure the long-term customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Execute new customer/new Channel finding and recruiting in relative territory.
Qualification and experience
1. Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
2. Proven network in automotive industry
3. More than 8 years’ work experience and 3 years customer experience in automotive industry
4. Full business English (Written/oral)
5. International work experience
6. Willingness to travel domestic and abroad
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Mindset: Engineering consulting & entrepreneurial spirit
