职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Execute existing shipping and transport network and systems.
2. Propose additions to existing services based on customer requirements, and business demands.
3. Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and service providers in the context of shipping issues.
4. Maintain documents and reports for the performance monitoring of service providers and provide feedback to external and internal customers.
5. Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations so that Customs clearance activities are conducted in the most smooth and legal manner.
6. Monitor customs brokers' performance and follow up Customs Clearance status daily tracking.
7. Participate in investigation and closing claims and complaints arising from customers on shipping and customs clearance services.
8. Maintain production plan to the warehouses according to the needs of other departments.
9. Assistant to set a reasonable inventory, and take part in the inventory take.
10. Perform Kingdee system operation and data maintenance.
Qualification:
1. 3-5 years of experience in Logistics
2. Experience with international complex organizations
3. Fluent English, both in oral and in written
4. College degree above
5. Good computer skills in MS Office and system
6. Work carefully, positive attitude, team work spirit
