Job Summary

In a HRSS role you are expected to partner with other SSC team members to support HR SSC managers to deliver HR shared services to Australia, China and Japan. You are creating a working environment where the IKEA values are a living reality and where people are working in the spirit of togetherness.

You are responsible for ensuring the systems smoothly working to support the services provided by SSC to the countries.

The systems will include below but not limit to
? SAP Payroll
? Kronos Time Management
? Case Handling Systems

Your responsibility will include but not limit to:
? Provide system training to HR colleagues
? System daily maintenances
? Interface monitoring and trouble-shooting;
? System issue tracking and solving;
? Change request management;
? Develop Reports
? Vendor Management

The SSC HR Shanghai is in an expansion phase and over time you will be responsible for supporting the integration and transition of HR transactional processes from other Asia Pacific countries into HR SSC Shanghai.

Main Responsibilities

? Answer/solve systems related questions for PA /PY /Ask BSC team/BU HR to support their daily work
? Assure the interface between SAP, Kronos and other HR system working fine, error get solved in time
? Responsible for local change request management for all countries served by the SSC, incl. requirements analysis, implementation, vendor management, testing, and migration to production system
? Analysis the issues reported by system users, tracking the issue and solving the issue, contacting vendor if necessary
? Provide training regularly to country HR, enable the usage of HR system
? Develop data reports to end users in system, based on the requirement from country HR or other users
? Implement new HR business solution in system to support the business development from global or countries
? Implement the HR relative legal changes in system to make sure solution in system is legal compliance
Key competencies:
? Good knowledge of system support incl. change request management, issue management and testing management, SAP knowledge will be a plus
? HR process knowledge esp. share service or payroll service will be a plus
? Good understanding for a high standard of service with the customer in focus
? Profound communication skills with different target groups
? Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment
? Very good English language skills (oral and written)
? Japanese language skill is a plus

Education and experience:
? University degree in computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus
? Min. 1 years proven working experience in IT or HR environment
? Experience in an HR Shared Service environment is a plus
? Passion for understanding and exceeding customer’s expectations
? Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
? A clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA core values.
