职位描述
Major Job Functions and Tasks主要工作职能和任务:
1. Sell Company's products (new and existing).
2. Service all customers, developing new accounts, maintaining accounts.
3. Promote sales of specific accounts.
4. Achieve assigned sales program for Fiberfrax products in the assigned territory; operate within assigned expense budget and achieve new product sales program.
5. Responsible for increasing market share with sales increase by 20% at least for all product lines, applications, and meeting a sales goal of 20% new products annually.
6. Educate distributors and end users on safe handling practices for refractory ceramic fiber.
7. Sales forecasting by month and quarter, gathering competitive information.
8. Territory planning (call pattern, new product/customer prospects).
9. Management of distribution channels;
10. Advise management of significant market information;
11. Report new product ideas.
12. Report Competitive information in assigned territory
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed 知识和技能:
BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering; Advanced business degree also desired;
Strong interpersonal skills and proficient in managing multiple projects and budget management are plus for consideration;
Good communication skills (Chinese/English), English is a plus;
Two to four years previous sales experience in industrial markets or application engineering background is required;
Previous experience with distributor sales management is preferred;
Three to five years direct selling experience with distributor sales management;
An understanding of pricing and ordering structures; product, technical and application data; competitive products and applications; blueprint reading; and industrial product knowledge is required.
Knowledge of petrochemical, aluminum, steel, ceramic, heat treating and other processes and markets we serve.
