1、负责制定集团营销管理制度、工作标准、业务流程的建立、完善并监督执行；
2、负责审核项目整体营销策略报告、项目总体销售计划及分阶段销售计划、控制销售进度；
3、指导监督项目案场工作进度和质量、组织营销例会、监督销售培训、审核销售说辞；
4、组织建立相关代理公司资源库、选择代理公司、支持营销策略及方案、选择销售贷款银行；
5、定期对市场环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
6、负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；
7、对所辖部门员工的工作进行指导、监督、培训、考核与协调；
8、上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、45岁以下，市场营销、工民建、工程管理、工程造价、建筑等相关专业本科学历；
2、十年以上房产企业营销工作经验，五年以上房地产营销总监/副总岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉商品房销售市场，对市场状况及需求充分理解，擅长多项目营销，对项目整体营销策划管理有独特的见解和认识；
4、能够独立操作大型营销项目，具有开放的管理思路和领导能力；
5、较强的组织、协调、方案执行能力，具有较高的人际沟通和谈判技巧；
6、熟练使用计算机及办公自动化系统，熟练应用微软Word、Excel、Power Point软件。
