- 优秀的自我开发能力及紧急应变能力
- 能适应50%以上的出差需求

Title: Account Manager (Flame Resistance Sales Team)
1 position for Location: Guangzhou or Shenzhen
1 position for Location: Wuhan or Chengdu
Report to: National Account Manager
Job Description: Account Manager will be responsible for achieving targeted sales growth in assigned account territory by increasing market share at existing accounts, by developing new business at prospective accounts and by building brand awareness and preference at Southern Power Grid levels. He/she will report to the China Sales Manager, Flame Resistant Workwear.
Responsibilities include:
? Achieves maximum territory sales growth of finished garments by effectively developing new prospective customers in Southern Power Grid market.
? Work close with EHS department of subsidiaries Grid to search the bidding information and work out sales plan with distributors to win it.
? Create relationship with key decision makes of each provincial and subsidiary Grid.
? Provide proposals, quotations, product education/training and other commercial information and after-sale service to customers.
? Identify and select new distributors in Guangdong/Yunnan/Guizhou/Guangxi province as necessary.
? Manage distributors to meet (or exceed) their sales goals.
? Take a proactive role in setting objectives and business plan with distributors.
? Motivate and support distributors to achieve their goals.
? Contributes to market intelligence database by supplying information on customer needs, competitive activities and market trends.
? Analyzes the territory’s potential and works with manager to build strategic and tactical sales plans to optimize and sustain sales growth, profitability and market share momentum.
? Records results of all sales activities and other market intelligence information in CRM.
? Provides sales forecasting and budgeting information as required.
? Participates in trade shows, conventions and other events.
? Maintain territory expenses as budgeted.
Qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience in finished garment market or local textile markets.
? 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience in the Industrial Safety market.
? Strong background in both woven and knit fabrics.
? Strong new account development experience.
? Strong distributor development/management capability and relevant resources (PPE Channel in Southern China) is preferred.
? Ambitious self-starter with strong sense of urgency.
? Up to 50% travel may be required.
? Working experience in Electrical Utility is preferred.
? Be able to write and speak in English.
