Main Responsibilities
1. China Consumer and Industrial market analysis;
2. Strategy making to expand market share of 8 and 16 bit zone MCU;
3. Promote MCU with engineer, sales and agent;
4. Propose new product spec of MCU with engineer;
5. Opportunity follow up and management of MCU.

Main Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above, electronics science or electrical engineering background/major;
2. At least 5 years experience of MCU product marketing (promotion, technical support, new product proposal experience);
3. Working experience in consumer and industrial market;
4. Application market relation and promotion experience;
5. Familiar with analog and digital circuit;
6. Prefer ASM/C/C++ language and basic programming knowledge;
7. Prefer experience of designing solution or application;
8. Prefer experience of new product proposal;
9. Excellent communication, technical presentation & interpersonal skills;
10. Ability to travel frequently (domestic and overseas);
11. Teamwork spirited;
12. Excellent written & spoken English is a must. Japanese language abilities will be a plus.
