职责描述：
1、人力资源规划；
根据公司的发展战略，评估组织的人力资源现状和发展趋势，收集和分析人力资源供给与需求方面的信息和资料，制定相关的人力资源政策和措施。
2、招聘与选拔；根据公司的人员配置及岗位需求，通过各种方法和手段吸引外部应聘人员或提拔内部人员。
3、培训与发展；对公司的新员工，在职员工进行的一系列以提高员工专业技能或管理水平为目的的培训。
4、绩效管理；对员工的工作业绩进行评价，从而为员工晋升、发放工资、进行奖励或惩罚提供依据。
5、薪酬管理；在岗位评价的基础上，对员工的薪酬进行设计。
6、员工劳动关系管理。处理和维系员工与企业的劳资关系。

任职要求：
1.人力资源管理相关专业，本科以上学历；
2.5年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
3.熟悉人力资源管理中招聘、培训、薪资、考核等的规划和具体操作；
4.熟练使用Microsoft Office 2010；
5.熟悉广告行业，有相关广告公司人力资源经理工作经验者优先；
6.英语能力在6级以上。
