1、独立负责多个项目，根据核心策略带领团队细化执行，并能良好的管理和把控
2、与客户和内部团队都能保持良好的沟通
3、根据核心策略判断创意工作的正确性，并提出改进意见
4、熟悉工作流程，并监督团队成员遵守工作流程
5、准确把握客户动向，及时向上级汇报
6、良好地管理和带领团队，能进行相关技能培训和工作指导
