1、独立带领客户服务团队进行专业化工作；
2、对客户服务团队给予专业培训；
3、根据企业发展战略独立开发新客户和维护老客户；
4、带领并培养团队跟踪市场动态，了解和执行客户的需求；
5、监督和跟踪相关项目的实施进度；
6、和客户进行深入的沟通和交流，并且维护良好的客户关系；
7、在项目关键节点或出现危机时，带领团队度过危机；

Job Requirements:
1, undergraduate education, marketing or advertising related;
2, over 5 years FMCG marketing or related industry experience, specializes in brand, product communication, or marketing communications;
3, excellent advice, leadership and team building skills;
4, the necessary management and excellent communication skills, media relations;
5, with business development, multi-task management, time management and project budget management;
6, good communication skills in English and Chinese, with outstanding writing skills preferred.
