Responsibility:
- Provide technical support to several engine production plants in whole China (regularly on site)
- Solve quality, logistics and production process issues together with the customer and

the technical devision in Europe
- Analyse the applied screws techniques
- Provide proposals for process optimization (continous improvement, Kaizen, Lean Management)
- Regular communication to Headquater and Labratories in Europe

Requirements:
- Completed bachelor degree or training as a technician in Automotive Engineering or

an equivalent education in a similar area
- More than 3 years work experience in the field of technical and quality management
- Knowledge about material science and joining techniques
- Familiar with high-strength screws and logistics for CKD-parts will be an advantage
- Good at problem solving, ability to work under pressure and strong adherence to schedules
- Very good English in both speaking and writing, German will be a plus
- Be flexible and able to travel frequently
