Responsibility:

1. Order Processing including communication with suppliers and customers
2. PO and logistics arrangements
3. Banking document
4. Import / Export declaration
5. Manage warehouse operation run by 3PL remotely on deliveries, cycle count and annual stock-take
6. Collect data from markets, do data scrub, data analysis and consolidation in demand planning
7. Provide data analysis on forecasting and inventory level as well as working with sales team on inventory replenishment planning
8. Maintain and monitor updated database for pricing
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
10. Prepare weekly sales report
11. Support product development
12. Able to communicate clearly with key vendor and communicate well with internal departments
13. Need to work on 2 systems (Movex + SAP) as well as items setup in Movex

Qualifications:

1. University graduate
2. 3 years+ supply chain experience
3. Good command of Chinese Mandarin and English
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills
5. Good command of word & excel
6. Trade link
7. LC
8. Attention to detail a must
9. Movex and/or SAP knowledge and experience are required
10. Preferable to have experience in order processing, demand planning and logistics workflow
11. Experience in international shipment handling
