Responsibilities
？ Business development: facing sophisticated institutional investors
？ Cultivate relationships with China A-share focused chief investment officers, portfolio managers, business development managers, analysts, risk management teams.
？ Analysis of regulations, industry trends, investment products, investment strategies in relation to Greater China.
？ Consult prospects and clients understand fundamentals/process for entering China A-share market
？ Educating, updating, and advising prospects/clients on the regulatory landscape (Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor platform-QFII).
？ Effectively market services for Manager Selection Service
？ Developing marketing material for several business lines
？ Cooperating with internal analysts on product development for research reports
？ RFP and Due diligence coordination and participation
？ Preparing presentations and proposals for global financial institutions
？ Distribute and maintain quality of our research products
？ Networking with global institutions: representing the company at industry events
？ Organization of client events
？ Ad hoc tasks requested by Managing Director and Directors
Requirements:
？ 1-2 years’ experience selling financial products
？ Entrepreneurial spirit a must!
？ Knowledge of China’s and/or global financial markets
？ Strong knowledge of investment strategies, market trends and competitive landscape.
？ Extensive PowerPoint or Publisher and Excel skills
？ Demonstrated sales and prospecting skills.
？ Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. Superior telephone skills.
？ Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to document and communicate results.
？ Highly motivated team player seeking opportunity in a growth-oriented environment.
？ Experience facing institutional clients a plus
？ English required and Chinese preferred
？ Bachelor’s degree or higher
？ MBA and/or CFA a plus
