Client Servicing Associate
Z-Ben Advisors is a Shanghai-based Consulting firm, focusing on China’s investment management industry. We are currently accepting applications for a Client Servicing Associate to assist in making sure our client’s needs are met on a timely and accurate manner. This will include regular e-mail correspondence, mailing of reports, contacting and mapping of clients, as well as establishing new relationships. Our staff will provide support and coaching, though those best positioned to succeed at Z-Ben Advisors will have a self-starting personality and entrepreneurial disposition. Z-Ben Advisors is committed to the growth of its employees, through training and internal advancement opportunities uncommon at other firms.
Requirements
? Undergraduate Degree (BA/BS)
? Background or a strong interest in asset management, finance, economics
? You will be expected to be organized, a team player, have a willingness to achieve and be able to prioritize your time efficiently.
? Ability to multi-task effectively and with a service oriented attitude
? Strong telephone/communication skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Candidates with proficiency in additional languages will be strongly considered.
? Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities
? Responsible for client servicing and any related activities such as maintaining and developing client relationships.
? Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, and prepare all related documents such as contracts, invoices and distribution lists.
? Provide support and liaison to the management, sales and consulting teams to ensure that customer service standards are developed, maintained, and consistently followed.
? Handling inbound customer telephone calls and responding appropriately e.g. complaints, queries, and initial sales enquiries.
? Maintain accurate and up to date customer information.
? Build executive level relationships with clients to understand their business needs in relation to the use of our products and services
? Become a contributing member of a dynamic company
