职责描述：
1、配合客户经理做好成本管理，将每个工作项目&品牌的所有开销的详细数据做成报告形式递交上级审阅；
2、与客户会议时，需做好详细的会议记录，简要概括广告公司和客户的目的，重要决定和已经达成共识的关于下一步的工作安排，确保所有的工作都按照会议的精神和双方都认可的方向展开；
3、定期制作进度报告，明确需要进展的事项和工作内容；
4、不时地留意市场动向和各类竞争性广告活动，以确定竞争者在特定市场上的花费属于什么层次；
5、做好品牌回顾，以辅助客户经理制定出适应即时和长远发展目标的计划概要，并对此作实质性提案；
6、积极主动地寻求意见和建议，而不是等待别人下达指令；7、对待工作有自己的想法，却不仅是强调客户的意见
8、具备积极进取的心态；
9、勇于接受挑战，永不满足于现状；
10、具备良好的判断能力，能及时发现客户的潜在需求和问题；
11、具备强大的执行力，能把理想和现实进行很好的转换；
12、有团队协作意识，懂得沟通的重要性，在游戏规则内的处事风格能与团队保持一致性。
任职要求：
1、广告学、传播学、市场营销、公共关系等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、2年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟广告业务流程、广告法律和行业习惯；
4、具有良好的人际交往、沟通能力以及文字驾驭能力 ；
5、熟练使用office办公软件，英语流利者优先考虑；
6、有大型项目、国内大型广告公司或4A广告公司从业经验者优先。
