Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue weekly delivery order based on MRP suggestion from QAD.

2. Regular follow up with suppliers to ensure orders can be released as per delivery schedule.

3. Communicate with forwarder to ensure materials can be picked up and shipped on time.

4. Track and control in transit materials.

5. Implement action plan/ initiative to meet defined inventory targets.

6. Expedites and ensure delivery of critical materials to meet production requirement.

7. Issue DCAR and claim report to supplier/ forwarder for any delivery failure.

8. Coordinate ECN implementation.

9. Control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in related area.

2. Excellent communication skill- fluent in English both oral and written. Computer literate

3. Familiar with ERP system, QAD is preferred

4. Able to work in details

5. Min 3 years’ experience as Material Planner
