职位描述:

Key Responsibilities:

- Being the first to greet the customers. Make the customers and prospects feel welcomed and taken care of. Support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Being a competent and fast interface between customers/prospects and the in-house subject matter experts.

- Identify customer needs and match those needs with Porsche persons, products and /or service offering.

- Ensure the facility is clean and tidy and all tools such as refreshments, newspaper, magazines and other entertainment media are in working order and available to meet the needs of the customer/prospect and the Porsche guideline.

- Submit activity or customer tracking reports to dealer management as required.

- Work according to Porsche standards. Being an ambassador of the Porsche Brand.


Qualifications:

- College degree or above
- Good skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- at least 1-2 years working experience, 4S background will be a plus
