Objectives/Purpose
- To be the specialist when it comes to scheduled maintenance, defined assembly and standard repairs. His work is of the highest quality, professionalism and efficiency. He carries out his tasks independently and in doing so contributes significantly to the preservation of the value of the customer's vehicle.
- Establish, build and maintain ongoing working relationships with all departments in the Porsche Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- All standard maintenance, testing and adjustment work and the necessary documentation.
- Carry out defined repairs according to instructions within an appropriate time limit.
- Basic vehicle diagnostics and Guided Fault Finding with the appropriate diagnostics tools. Reset and commission vehicle systems with these diagnostics tools.
- Properly programme and commission the systems from the I-number list according to specifications.
- Carry out short tests with the aid of the diagnostic tester.
- Recognise hidden problems and system failures while carrying out maintenance services and initiating the necessary resulting orders.
- He is able to employ all workshop information systems (e.g. PIWIS, PQIS, PET, Guided Fault Finding, etc.) for efficient diagnostics and repairs.
- The Service Technician is instructed by the System Technician in more extensive repair work and supervised by him regarding quality and safety.
- Support the Service Advisor during work preparation, completion of repairs or maintenance as well as during the parts support process.
- Utilize Porsche or dealer provided tools such as Telephone system, Customer Database, Porsche Partner Network (PPN), Corporate Porsche Academy site (CPA), PQIS, PIWIS, PET and others.
- Ensure the facility is clean and tidy and all tools are in working order and available to meet the needs of the Porsche guidelines.
- Plan and support activities in agreement with other dealership colleagues and managers.
- Work according to Porsche standards.
- Submit activity or customer tracking reports to dealer management as required.
Objectives/Purpose
- Sell and deliver Porsche services, parts and selected products by either managing the after sales department or own after sales activities.
- Establish, build and maintain ongoing working relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and meeting their needs for services and products.
- Establish, build and maintain ongoing working relationships with other departments in the Porsche Centre.
- Achieve individual objectives for gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction
- Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche Brand in all customer/prospect contacts and relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy after sales strategies together with dealer management and/or importer.
- Do all the respective planning and budgeting that is necessary to realize the strategy.
- Observe market and competitors in order to adapt the strategy if necessary.
- Strive to continuously improve the ability to perform as an After Sales Manager with continuous further training in Porsche products and services, market and after sales knowledge.
- Identify customer needs and match those needs with Porsche products and/or service offerings.
- Organize workshop and stock according customer and Porsche Centre needs.
- Generate sources of business: develop prospects and customers through the internet, floor traffic, events, repeat customers, targeted marketing efforts, networking affiliations and other appropriate sources.
- Define and develop/maintain a customer database and secure consistent use by all relevant people in the Porsche dealership. Use this customer database for generating new business.
- Utilize Porsche provided tools such as Porsche Partner Network (PPN), Corporate Porsche Academy site (CPA, PIWIS, PQIS, Service Manual and others).
- Build and maintain an effective workforce by systematic and structured recruiting based on the Porsche competencies and by performing an appropriate management style.
- Develop the after sales team utilizing performance management tools including coaching, mentoring and recommending appropriate training activities.
- Manage customer feedback that includes the organization of an efficient complaint management process according to Porsche standards.
- Organize and provide a consistent, pleasant and memorable service experience for each customer.
- Ensure that all resources such as tools, loaner cars, demonstration parts and vehicles and computer are in working order and that there are sufficient service materials, brochures and/or product guides and catering available to meet the needs of the customer and the Porsche guidelines.
- Ensure that all other necessary resources are available right in time.
- Implement and maintain an efficient stock management that is balanced between availability and capital allocation.
- Plan activities in agreement with other dealership colleagues and managers.
- Work according Porsche standards and ensure that the after sales team is working according the standards.
- Submit activity reports to senior management and importer as required.
