Responsibilities:
1.To assist SA input DMS ,PQIS & Transportation Management Office system.
2.To take care the customer before SA has time to talk to customer. (also can make use this time to introduce a little of our additional service or products like POW or PDDS/Tequipment).
3.To take customer to the cashier or go to parts counter.
4.Greeting and offering beverages to customers entering the Porsche Centre.
5. To communicate with Parts department and workshop.

Requirement: 1.Minimum college degree; university degree preferred or equivalent working experience;
2.Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects;
3.Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred;
4.Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus;
5.Proficient computer skills (MS office, Lotus Notes and Internet)
