- 接待来访客人。
- 电话转接。

What are the job duties?
- Welcome and assist all visitors.
- Answer and transfer phone calls politely and competently.
- Receive and send all domestic and international express mail.
- Order and manage stationary.
- Manage conference room booking and vehicle arrangements.

What are we looking for？
- College’s degree in related field.
- Proven ability multi-task, positive attitude, detail- and customer service-oriented.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good written and oral English.
- An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
