JOB DESCRIPTION
? Prepare annual budget and forecasts and monthly and annual consolidated reports for management's review.
? Produce and review all other management reports.
? Understand the logic behind the data while being able to explain any variances.
? Effectively deal with local government, bank, and auditor relationships.
? Advise management on financial planning and tax matters.
? Actively develop and motivate the team.
? Keep up-to-date with Accounting and Taxation laws and regulations in China.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration.
? Professional Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, AICPA, etc., is preferred.
? 5+ years of experience in commercial sector and solid experience in Advertising Agency.
? Familiarity with PRC GAAP.
? Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
? Good analytical skills and influencing/negotiation skills.
? Proven ability to:
o Orchestrate action; move others to action.
o Invest in others and derive satisfaction from doing so.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Internal, constant, and self-imposed drive to succeed.
? Proactive, independent, and logical.
? Fluent in English and Chinese.
? Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
