职位要求：
1、负责淘宝商城整体的美术设计和创意工作，美工设计，店铺装修；
2、负责产品图片后期处理；
3、负责各商城宣传广告策划与设计；
4、维护现有的网站及渠道店页面；
5、负责商品上架及更新维护；

技能要求：
1、有网页美工经验者佳，具有大型淘宝店、淘宝商城的格设计经验；
2、富于创新、思维活跃，并对先进的淘宝商城设计理念及淘宝店风格、装修、推广有较强的理解能力；
3、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力；
4、能够熟练使用Photoshop等软件，了解html、Dreamweaver等制作工具；
5、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受高强度的工作压力；
6、平面，广告，产品，互联网等设计相关专业毕业，大专以上学历；（特别优秀者可对专业及学历无要求）

以下人员可优先考虑：
1.懂淘宝等专业网店装修设计，有皇冠级或旗舰网店担任过产品、页面设计经验优先；
2.有大型网站设计经验、网络公司美工岗位经验、广告设计专业者优先；
3.有广告公司或者淘宝、拍拍或其他购物网站摄影经验者优先。
