岗位职责
（1）负责电子商务淘宝店的推广和运营 ；
（2）负责淘宝等网店日常的推广项目
（3）网店的营销管理，包括网店流量，订单等效果数据研究分析和决策等；

【基本要求】
（1）大专以上学历，计算机、电子商务等相关专业，有网络店铺销售、运营经验、电商从业经验1年以上。
（2）较强的网络规划、推广能力；
（3）熟悉电子商务的运营环境，熟悉整个淘宝市场，
（4）有较强的市场营销、网络推广经验者优先；
（5）思维清晰，具有较强的数据分析能力，能分析各种淘宝统计软件的数据。
（6）热爱互联网、良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题能力，有较强的工作责任心；力。
