岗位描述：
1. 善于沟通，有良好的团队精神和强烈工作责任心
2. 较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题，抗压能力强。
3. 热爱网络营销职业，踏实、勤快敬业；（耐心引导客户熟悉本站制度与流程）；
4. 能够熟练使用熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL等办公软件。熟悉网店交易流程、宣传推广；（即群发消息、论坛发贴、发邮件等），熟悉网店铺货商品数据包编辑；（即淘宝助理等应用软件）有经验者优先考虑。

职位要求：
1. 处理淘宝店铺上客户订单；
2. 负责解答客户咨询。促使买卖的成交
3. 与客户在线交流,了解客户需求,妥善处理客户投诉,保证客户满意；
4. 熟练和灵活的运用各种方式推广和宣传淘宝店铺；
5. 协助主管进行产品入库清点，产品上架；
6. 配合网店电子商务方面的其他工作；
有淘宝工作经验优先考虑。
