Purpose

The s Sales co-worker is responsible for securing the everyday business through their passion for Life@Home and IKEA range.

Mandate

By securing the Everyday business through the basic routines & 3 fundamental tasks in their responsible area, sales co-worker will secure IKEA sales mechanical system.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

Secure customer satisfaction

· Secure the SSISAN in the area of responsibility

· Secure merchandising basics

· Through a good range knowledge in the area of responsibility provide ease of shopping experience to customer

· To combine products to provide functional and affordable solutions to meet the aspirations and frustrations that our visitors and customers face in their everyday lives at home

Sales growth & profitability

· Actively work with the Range Priorities for the responsible area and steering sales towards good availability, top sellers and 3A&K

· Know and understand the competition in the local market, identify strengths, weaknesses and potentials for IKEA

· To ensure that the product range is in stock and available on the sales floor for the customer

Creating opportunity

· Suggest improvement needed to shopkeepers based on the customer feedback and daily operations
