Position Summary:
This position is to be responsible for leading pricing effort for assigned product group in order to improve

pricing performance and keep profitable business growth.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to Pricing Manager and work closely with Product Managers, General Manager, Field Sales, Customer Servicesand other colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
· Maintain Pricing database, including List price, discount structure, contract price and special price, etc.
· Review all requests for price changes, analyze impact and provide appropriate recommendations.
· Provide monthly pricing metrics report, analyze cause and review with business team for improvement plan.
· Follow up and monitor quotation and analyze win rate for further improvement.
· Work closely with business product group team to determine appropriate list price and discount.
· Implement PFEC (Plan For Every Customer) and conduct annual pricing plan.
· Conduct various pricing analysis to dig out price leakage or low profit business then suggest action plan.
· Communicate and share pricing knowledge with sales and distribution team.
· Deploy strategic pricing program base on business needs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 3-year or more experience.
· General understand of manufacturing processes, practices and cost accounting.
· General understand of business processes, be able to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by

keeping pricing information confidential.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
· Excellent PC skill with Microsoft Excel and Access.
· Good command of English language skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Pro-active attitude & can-do Spirit.
