Job Duties & Responsibility:
Lead and participate in the development of market action plans. Responsible for market segmentation, competitive intelligence, custom research projects.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Monitor and report on market segments including key industry activities, leading indicators, growth objectives and implication for Parker. Primary interacting with Sales Co., FC Divisions Marketing.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. MBA is a plus.

Desired Skills/ Characteristics:
Able to understand and interpret market data, identify patterns, draw implications for Parker, make recommendations and produce meaningful reports.
Able to think strategically and convert strategy into actions.
Able to build mutually successful relationship with key decision makers
Able to adapt to impromptu changes in priority with a positive attitude.
Proactive / Can do attitude

Language Skills:
English- Fluent
Additional Asian Language is a plus.

Experiences:
Analysis in a multinational company.
B2B background is a plus.

Travel:
Up to 15%
