Job Duties & Responsibility:

Collect and analyze internal and external data through various databases, surveys to provide data analytics and support decision making ranging from but not limited to market sizing, segmentation, business development, localization, product development, strategic planning and M&A. Provide general/ marketing support AP Market Development Manager as requested.



Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Primary interactions will be FC AP Divisions Marketing teams, AP sales companies as well as the HQ Strategic Marketing Department. Provide support to FC AP Marketing team as requested.



Qualifications:

· Education:

- Bachelor's/ 4 Yr colleague degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related field

- Equivalent combination of education and experiences which have provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.

· Desired Skills/ Characteristics:

1. Fast learner with proactive and can do attitude.

2. Able to adapt to impromptu changes in priority with a positive attitude.

3. Great attention to detail.

4. Ability to communicate effectively via numbers and analytics.

5. Good analytical & presentation skill.

6. Proficient with MS Excel, Access and Project Software.

7. Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

8. Understanding of Industry Classification codes and definitions. (ie. SIC, NAICS)

9. Familiarity with relational database and reporting software is preferred.

10. Familiar with current Parker business database is a plus

· Language Skills:

1. English - Proficient in oral and written communication of projects and tasks in English with targeted group..

2. Additional Asian Language is a plus.

· Experiences:

1. Minimum of 3 yrs of experience in Quantitative analysis and/ or numeric reporting in a multinational company.

2. Industrial products or related market/ product knowledge is a plus.

· Travel:

- up to 20%. (domestic & within the region)
