职位描述
- For SLC RL division, Urban transport BU, we are looking for a project team assistant. He/ she Supports project managers and project team in the Business Segment in order to fulfill the project goal. Support in handling specific project related topics.The main contacts include BU/BS Managers, Project Managers, Project Team Members, other department's members (e.g. engineering, procurement, accounting, etc.) / Customers, partners or suppliers in case of customer / partner / supplier meetings.
What are my major Responsibilities ?
1) Project office organization, arranging dept./project meetings, writing MoM of jour fix.
2) Arranging business travels for managers.
3) Organizing dept. and project events.
4) Collecting signatures on documentation in line with company signature mandate.
5) Supporting bid project manager in bidding phase.
6) Reception of and care for visitors in case of meetings with customer and suppliers.
7) Acts as EHS Coordinator of the dept.
What do I need quality this position?
- Technologies: MS Office, MS-Project; SAP; Profess. Knowl.: English; Knowledge of intercultural communication and collaboration.
What else do I need to know?
- Essential (today and in future): Professional Variety of Business: 1-- 2 years job experience as team assistant in projects preferred but at least experience with secretarial activities; Project / Process Variety of Function Areas: 1-- 2 years working in projects preferred; Intercultural Variety of Cultures: Open for intercultural encounters.
