- For IC BT division, SBT is looking for a Sr. Service Engineer. This role will be responsible for provides technical service to customers according to requirements, e.g.: implement service projects (system migration), extension and retrofit, cooperating with subcontractors, etc. Responsible for achieving defined results.

What are my responsibilities?
- Conduct site surveys, prepare service solutions with cost estimates.
- Implement service project (migration, extension, retrofit and maintaince) base on bedget.
- Improve project quality and profite.
- Recognize, analyze and influence customer needs and requirements. Align technical needs with SBT offerings to initiate customer quotations.
- Maintain installed base for customer relationships through regular interactions to promote renewals and future business contracts.
- Manage installed base data.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- College graduated or above with major in EE, ME, ELV or related field. At least 5 years working experience in project execution in building industry or relevant solution business.
- Key account management concept
- Edge of migration/extension/retrofit design
- Written and Spoken English Skill

What else do I need to know?
- Knowledge of sales management and negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
