职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Follow up with vendors on production status and push factories to an earlier date
2. Monitor Purchasing Order quantity, product size, packing size, testing and so on other product data to ensure on time delivery
3. Responsible for the collection of orders and made available to other departments
4. Mutual coordination with Logistics
5. Other duties as required
Qualification & Experience
1. At least 1 years working experience in trading company.
2. Familiar with the tracking order process
3. Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work well under pressure
4. Good computer/Microsoft office skills, presentation skills.
5. Strong problem solving and execution skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Sense of priority and time management
Education & Language
1. Bachelor degree or above, and Trading, Logistics related major is preferred
2. Good communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
