岗位职责：

6.5.1 Negotiation Skills（沟通能力） – Must be able to negotiate for the best sites at the best possible terms for the utmost advantage of the company

必须在能够位公司争取到最大优势的条件下进行谈判

6.5.2 Analytical Skills（分析能力） – Must be able to examine and compare various financial and real estate data in order to come up with the best course of action

必须检测和比较各种不同的财务和开发数据以得到最好的解答方法

6.5.3 Interpersonal Skills（人际关系能力） – Has the ability to effectively deal with all levels of people inside and outside the organization

能够有效的与公司内部同仁或是外部厂商沟通

6.5.4 Spatial Application Skills – Must be able to determine the best use of a property; must be able to conceptualize master/store development; must understand architectural and engineering requirements

必须能够了解门店发展；要了解建筑和工程要求

VComputer Application Skills – Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and database.

6.5.1 Forward Thinking – Must be able to anticipate future developments of trade areas and see the potential of each site; prepare for appropriate plans

6.5.2 Legal Application – Must be able to prepare and interpret basic documents and determine areas of business concerns and decisions for consultation with the lawyer

岗位要求：

6.1. Education(学历)

1.1.1 College or University graduate, preferably Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.

院校或大学毕业，商学院、管理、经济、工程等相关科系毕业者优先考虑。

6.2. Experience （经验）

6.2.1 At least eight (8) years working experience; four (4) years of which spent in commercial sites of real estate and/or real estate in general. Preferably with rapid expansion experience of chain store or fast food companies.

至少8年工作经验；4年工作经验与开发相关。曾在快速成长连锁店或速食餐厅者甚佳。

6.2.2 Have a good knowledge of and background in the following aspects of real estate

拥有以下相关知识及背景

· Site mapping （位置（网路）定位）

· Site assessment （位置（网路）评估）

· Financial analysis （财务分析）

· Technical analysis （技术分析）

· Market research （市场调研）

· Negotiation （协商、谈判）
