【Responsibilities】
-To monitor and help RD team members to accomplish RD tasks as a team.
- Cross-department communication regarding product spec and development status.
- Create, maintain and implement the source code that makes up mobile application or program according to product plan and design.
- Responsible for designing the prototype application, indicate program unit structure from product ideas.
- Draw up preliminary application flow for revision when needed.
- Work with operation department to ensure services are working properly.
- Learn and evaluate new mobile app technologies.
【Requirements】
- 1+ years of experience in RD team leading or project management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in general programming; 2+ years of experience in Android development or server-side programming is required.
- Good communication skill to communicate effectively with other engineers and colleagues in other department to accomplish different missions.
- Familarity with UNIX-like OSs and server-client communication via API is needed.
- Experience in using code revision control system, like CVS, SVN, Git, etc…
- Good English for product plan/spec reading and new technology survey
- Ability to work independently or in teams and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
