Principal Activities

- 根据国家有关财务法规,建立和完善固定资产管理制度。

Set up and improve the F/A management system according to the related laws and regulations.

- 制定适合本公司实际情况的固定资产目录、分类方法、每类或每项固定资产使用年限、折旧方法。

Based on the own situation of the company, set up the fixed asset index, classification, useful life and depreciation method of each type for the fixed assets.

- 负责“固定资产”、“折旧”、“固定资产减值准备”、“固定资产清理”、“在建工程”等科目的日常业务及SAP系统处理。

Be responsible for accounting the “Fixed assets”, “Depreciation”, “Allowance for fixed asset deduction”, “Disposal of fixed asset”, “AUC” in SAP system daily.

- 在SAP系统中,负责AM、PM、PS模快的业务核算。负责协调财务部门与PM、PS模块相关部门的业务处理。

Be responsible for accounting in AM, PM, PS modules in SAP. And coordinate with PM,PS modules related departments to deal with the daily business.

- 审核和分析公司固定资产购建、调拨、内部转移、租赁、报废清理的合理性和合法性。

Inspect and analyses on the rationality and validity for the purchase, transfer, internal shift, rent, and disposal of fixed assets

- 定期向会计经理递交本公司固定资产增减变动情况分析报告。

Provide the fixed asset movement analysis to accounting manager regularly.

- 负责做好固定资产清查盘点工作，确保固定资产帐、卡、物相符。

Be responsible for counting of fixed asset to ensure the consistency of accounts, cards and physical goods.

- 及时联系公司工程管理部门，取得工程费用表和进度表，并进行工程成本的分类和费用的预提。

Contact with project management department of the company to obtain the project cost and progress tables, classify the project costs and prepaid for the expenses.

- 收集与竣工决算相关的信息资料，编制工程竣工决算的辅助台帐和报表。

Collect the related information about final project completion, prepare for the financial statements and subsidiary statements.

- 及时提供准确的工程成本信息，进行滚动成本分析。

Provide project cost information accurately and timely to make rolling cost analysis.

- 及时提供工程竣工结算审价及项目投资成本分析报告，做好相关经济技术指标分析工作。

Provide the analysis report for final project evaluation price and project investment cost and work on the related economics technical index analysis.

- 办理工程竣工验收和财产交接手续。

Work on the take-over procedures and project completion inspection.

- 接待和解释已完工程财务决算审计。

Accompany and explanation to the project completion auditors.

- 交办的其他事宜；

学历/经验技能要求

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

- 教育背景：大学财会本科，经济学学士；会计师职称，有会计上岗证。

Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics; qualified as Accountant with Position Certificate of Accountant. CPA will be a plus.

- 相关工作经验：有石油化工行业5年以上财务管理经验优先。

Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 5 years finance, accounting experience with petrochemical companies preferred.

- 良好的口头和书面英语能力，电脑运用熟练；熟悉SAP操作。

With good English and computer skills; familiar with the operation of SAP.
