主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

· 执行公司的外包策略和流程；

Execute Company’s outsourcing strategy & procedure;

· 为外包客户的选择和管理提供专业的输入，参与评估供应商资质和提高供应商的业绩；

Provide professional inputs on outsourcing supplier locating & managing, take part in evaluating suppliers’ qualifications and improve suppliers’ performances;

· 定期与内部部门合作以获得对外包供应的具体要求；

Coordinate with internal departments to obtain specific requirements for the outsourcing items on a timely basis;

· 与服务需求部门一起跟踪并执行外包合同，确保合同的实施。具体包括在SAP系统内下达订单、跟踪产品或服务的交接以及付款事宜；

Follow up the execution of the outsourcing contracts together with the service-required departments, insure the implementation of various contracts. The details include placing orders, monitoring delivery & receiving of products or services and payments in SAP system;

· 联系政府有关部门，了解相关法律法规以维护公司的利益；

Liaise with local government authorities to understand the relevant regulations and benefit Company;

· 重要问题必须得到公用工程外包经理的确认和批准。

To get confirmation or approval by the Outsourcing & Utilities Manager on important issues.

学历/经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT

· 教育背景：大学本科以上学历，或国家认可的经济师职称。

Education Background: Bachelor degree, or have state certified economist title.

· 相关工作经验：具有2年以上石化或其它相关行业的工作经历。

Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 2 years work experiences in petrochemical or relative industries.

· 熟悉一般的内、外贸惯例和合同管理；

Familiar with general domestic and foreign trade practices and contract management;

· 了解国家相关法律法规；

Understanding the related laws and regulations of the State;

· 敬业，高度自我激励，能够主动、独立工作；

Devotion to work, highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently;

· 能够在压力下工作, 按时完成任务；

Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time;

· 热情、善于沟通，具有优秀的人际关系和交流技巧；

Enthusiastic, have good communication ability and excellent interpersonal and communication skill;

· 熟练使用计算机办公应用软件, 熟悉SAP系统操作；

Capable of using PC office applications and be familiar with SAP system operation;

· 具有英语阅读和书写能力的人优先；

Good English reading and written ability will be an advantage;

· 本职位人员将经常与外部公司与客户联系, 因此必须向外界体现公司的价值及名誉。

The post holder will be in regular contact with external companies and customers, and must present Company’s values and reputation to external parties.
