JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist Industrial Automation GM-Sales Channels as well as function leaders to craft, prioritize and follow-up on the implementation of business strategies;
• Assist in organization planning process by producing PowerPoint presentation materials and planning reports under the guidance of senior staff;
• Conduct researches on regional/local economy, socio-economic development, competition in the industry as well as other areas that can have impact on organization business.
• Provide analysis to identify organization’s strengths and weaknesses and come up comprehensive reports with proposals & suggestions for improvement;
• Provide additional support as per requests from senior staff to ensure smooth execution of projects;
• Work on specific projects assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBA from engineering background with at least of 3-year working experience prior to MBA study;
• Has some experience of Business Development
• Strong analytical skills using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
• Strong ability in logical reasoning and pursuit of accuracy;
• Proactive, result oriented and team player;
• Strong skills of PPT preparation
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both verbal and written.
