Quality Engineer- Process质量工程师

Report to Classification Supervisor

Responsibilities:

n Collecting classification certificates for major components from supplier

n Recording and checking major components information e.g. series No. , certificates No., manufacture name and so on to make sure part traceability.

n Prepare class survey invitation before FAT to make sure class surveyor attendance on time

n Class invoice handling

n Components and Product class certificate and other documents management

n Supporting class supervisor for basic class knowledge training to related people

n Maintain good relationship with all class societies

n Involve process improvement base on quality issues and customer feedback

n Supporting class supervisor for customer reception

n Respond internal product quality issue

n Follow up FAT and dispatch inspection findings and actions

n Other nominated job in case needed

Requirements:

n B.S. in Mechanical engineering;

n Proactive mind setting, team work awareness

n Good communication skills;

n +3 years working experience in manufacturing environment

n Basic Knowledge of ISO9001

n Have good command of spoken & written English;

n Good problem solving skills;

n Classification experience and knowledge desired but not must

职责：

n 收集主要零部件的船检证书和制造商证书

n 检查记录主要零部件的信息包括序列号，证书号，制造商信息和其他主要信息确保零部件的可追溯性

n 准备船检邀请请确保船检准时参加工厂检验

n 船检发票的处理

n 零部件和产品船检证书已经其他相关文件管理

n 支持船检主管推进船检基本知识的培训

n 根据质量问题和客户回馈参与过程改善

n 支持船检主管做好接待工作

n 快速反应现场质量问题处理

n 跟踪处理FAT和发货检验的问题并采取行动

n 其他指定的工作

要求：

n 本科，机械专业

n 前瞻性思维以及良好的团队合作意识

n 良好的沟通能力

n 3年以上机械产品工作经历

n 对ISO9001有一定了解

n 英语说写良好

n 良好的解决问题能力;

n 如果有一定的船检经验和知识优先考虑但不是必须
