Maintenance worker维修工

Report to Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities:

n Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the factory’s facilities (including: air compressor, boiler, pump and pipe; road surface, manhole cover, ceiling, door, window, roof, wall surface, curtain wall, etc.) Keep the public facilities and environment in good condition

n Take the rectifying and preventive measure to solve problem in repair, maintenance and inspection process, provide “the adjustment maintenance plan” suggestion and report it to Maintenance Engineer when necessary.

n Management the facilities, workshop, emergency tools of material room and paint room, Insure the tools in good condition, materials recorded clearly, workshop and material room is clean and tidy, and Signs is accurate

Requirements:

n Hard work, complete works independence, team work

n have mechanism maintenance training experience is prefer

n At least 3 years related working experience

职责：

n 负责对厂房内设备（主要为空压机、锅炉、泵及管道）和外围路面、窨井盖、管道、吊顶、门、窗、屋顶、墙面、幕墙等所有公共设施进行巡查，处理巡查中发现的问题，确保公共设施的完好及环境整洁。

n 根据维修、保养、巡视中发现的问题负责及时采取纠正/预防措施，必要时提出调整保养计划的建议，上报维修工程师。

n 做好班内工具及工场、物料间应急工具、油漆间的管理工作，确保工具功能完好、物料登记清楚，工场、物料间整洁，标识准确。

要求：

n 工作勤奋，有能力独立完成工作，有团队精神；

n 初中以上文化，经过技校机械维修工培训最佳；

n 从事维修工行业3年以上，有在其他机械加工类厂房维修部门工作的经历更佳。
