职位描述
MISSIONS:
PROMOTIONS
1. Participation in the definition of promotional plan of the area at the time of the annual marketing plan (budget) preparation.
2. Participation in the definition and monitoring of promotional plans for the Modern Trade.
3. Recommendation of promotional activities to implement and discussion with the sales and marketing teams.
4. Development and sourcing the necessary elements for these promotions: promo packs, premiums, POSM.
5. Preparation and monitoring of new product launches in stores.
6. Presentation of promotional operations to customers together with the Business Development Manager.
7. Development / adaptation of presentation tools for the promotional actions with Modern Trade (sales pitches, power point presentation).Analysis of promotions results: volumes, budget, sales effectiveness, return on investment, qualitative aspects.
POS & GIFTS
1.Management of POSM during the promotional campaigns.
2.Responsible for promotional gifts.
CREATION
1.Functional development (shape, material, dimensions) of the promotional tools:
2.Promotional Stickers
3.Bundles
4.POS (TG set, sampling booth, wobblers, shelf stripes, etc.)
5.Graphic design is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager.
6.Ensures the Modern Trade customers comply with the Brand guidelines when used by in their communication activities (flyers, branding ....)
MANUFACTURING / DISPATCHING
1.Responsibility for promotional materials printing.
2.Search, negotiate and monitor suppliers in the area.
3.Coordinate with offices in different cities, the dispatch of materials to customers.
4.Ensure proper receipt and storage (and use) of these elements.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
1.Ensure proper billing (when direct relationship with suppliers).
2.Managing the flow of information regarding the availability, sending the stock.
3.Maintain the necessary monitoring charts.
MERCHANDISING
1.Make merchandising recommendations based on field observations to improve Lactalis products visibility and availability depending on sales periods / stores.
2.Formalize merchandising plans (Planogram)
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
1.Business Intelligence in promotions and promotional tools developed by competitors.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
1 Background:
Study: Bachelor Degree
Working Experience: successful experience in Modern Trade or Trade Marketing. Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
2 Knowledge of: Product and brand positioning, marketing plan / marketing mix strategy, distribution / merchandising, product trading account, advertising, promotion, languages (English).
3 Experience in: The Lactalis Marketing process, information analysis and summary, techniques for making recommendations and drawing up briefs, assessment of proposals for packaging, promotions and advertising, project management, interpersonal and group communication, non-line management.
4 Behavioural skills: The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive and dynamic leader, who is also a collaborative team player, flexible and receptive to new ideas, positive and constructive, down to earth and pragmatic, hardworking and efficient, modest and considerate, analytical and attentive to detail. He or she will also be capable of working independently in adherence to regulations, and demonstrate an enquiring mind and well-developed observational skills, authority, resourcefulness, a sense of responsibility and high professional standards, honesty and integrity, imagination and originality, motivation and a sense of involvement, objectivity and an ability to see the bigger picture.
