Job Requeirements
1. At least 2 years' working experience in process engineering;
2. Self-driven, self learning, and willing to perform in-line work;
3. Location: Better in Pudong Shanghai or willing to live near to the company;
4. College degree or above in Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry, or Materials Engineering;
5. Excellent problem solving and organization skill. Competent in problem solving techniques such as DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, DOE;
6. Strong background in statistics and quality tools is preferred;
7. Familiar with nano-particle dispersion, and surface treatment is a plus;
8. Familiar with Ion exchange or material purification is a plus;
9. Strong communication skill and teamwork spirit;
10. Familiar with Auto CAD;

Main Responsibilities
1. Design experiments, collect and analyze data to support production and performance investigations
2. Establish product manufacturing SOPs and provide trainings to operators;
3. Design experiments and collect necessary data for process transfer from RD to pilot and high volume manufacturing (HVM), to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
4. Cooperate with RD/QA, establish process flow charts, quality control plans (QCP), FEMA;
5. Investigate production abnormal events, and participate in “abnormal” material reviews;
6. Analyze SPC charts and generate regular SPC reports.
7. Cooperates with RD/QA, provide continuous improve plan (CIP) for manufacturing quality and improve manufacturing efficiency.
8. Support other engineering activities.
