Job Requirements/岗位要求
1. At least 10 years manufacturing/operations experience and at least 5 years in a senior management role within multi-national companies in China
2. Prior experience within IC related industry is strongly preferred
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics or chemical relatives
4. Practical lean manufacturing experience and advanced quality systems are a must
5. Integrity, initiatives, self-motivated and flexibility
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Attentive to details, high sense of responsibility and confidentiality
8. Solid project management, multi-tasks and high effectiveness
9. Wide working scope and solid operations knowledge
10. Proficient in both written and oral English

Main Responsibilities/主要工作职责
1. Overall manage operations of manufacturing, equipments, facility, logistic, warehouse and ESH and local admin. supports;
2. Manage operational organization with the objective of maximizing productivity, quality and safety;
3. Develop annual operational plan and objectives to meet and support company goals;
4. Direct and monitor departments to accomplish goals set out in the operational plan;
5. Develop key metrics to monitor and document progress against targets. Establish targets for improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery;
6. Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs;
7. Formulate and recommend operational policies and problem solve. Guide the organization in maintaining and improving its cost savings, competitive positions, productivity and profitability;
8. Prepare monthly operations reports including delivery performance, labor efficiency, and material variance, expense vs. budget, freight scrap and yield;
9. Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts;
10. Ensure compliance with all current federal, state and local regulation;
11. Maintain good relationship with local government departments.
