职位描述:

Responsibility:
- Conduct research on macro economy and interest rate environment
- Propose bond investment strategy for non-linked funds
- Carry out approved bond investment strategy to achieve the return and duration targets
- Manage the bond investment within the risk appetite of the company
- Collaborate with corporate actuary on asset liability matching
- Collaborate with product team on long term pricing assumption determination
- Collaborate with finance on portfolio evaluation
- Maintain rapport relationship with bond market participants to access to market information effectively
- Maintain rapport relationship with regulator such as SAFE and CIRC
- Maintain rapport relationship with other stakeholders such as custodian banks and china bond registry

Requirement:
- Master degree in Investment, Finance or related discipline
- Pass the practitioner exams for securities industry
- Good master of verbal and written English
- Good computer skill
- Well knowledge of China’s macro-economic development
- In-depth understanding of China’s bond market structure, regulations and practices
- Keen sense of interest rate movement and solid financial academic background and knowledge
- Good analytical skill and quick and determined action
