Key Responsibilities

QC Function:
1) 新产品的首样检验和核查，新产品检验规范的制定，根据图纸更改及其它各种情况改进检验规范
2) 不合格问题的确认，与供应商及其它部门的沟通以及后续交货的跟进，督促供应商从流程上改进质量
3) 指导检验员的进货检验，新产品检验规范的培训
4) 日常检验工作：进货检验，过程检验和出货检验
5) 协助客户投诉的处理,质量突发问题的的处理和解决
6) 协助公司的内审和外审工作

i) Responsible for daily quality control: incoming inspection, processing inspection and final inspection.

ii) Product first sample qualification

iii) Product quality control, improvement and problem solving

iv) Customer claim handling

v) Implementing the supplier on-site inspection


Requirements

Working Experience:
Minimum 8 years work experience on quality control

Technical Skills:
Familiar with manufacture process & quality control
knowledge of electrical products
knowledge of statistical methods
Familiar with ISO9001:2000 quality system, certified auditor prefer

Knowledge & Skills:
Average level on English reading and writing skills
Good computer skills (Internet, MS-Office)

Other Requirement:
Mature & able to work independently
Hardworking and quick learner
Good personality and ethics
Team work spirit
