职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for management of inventory levels and the flow of inventory from vendors to the warehouse, as well as the logistic service provider for the shipment to customer. Taking lead in preparing and analyzing financial data to help in facilitating strategic decision making and business growth.
? Work with CSR & vendors to improve replenishment processes and supply chain efficiencies. Ensure warehouse service levels and capacities to meet or exceed company goals while managing inventory levels to maximize turnover, maximize purchasing allowances and minimize cost of goods.
? Work with CSR & logistic service provider to improve the service level to customers. Ensure logistic service level to customers and monitor the delivery to customer in an efficient and economic way.
? Monitor returned and damaged goods processes to determine causes, reduce costs and improve efficiencies with suppliers
? Create reporting to measure and analyze items and vendors to ensure efficient supply chain practices are utilized and maximized.
? Propose and execute stock plan to facilitate meeting booking & billing forecast
? Analyze the product sales, and support for promotion plans to channel partners.
? Develop, implement and support a standardized process for sales activities.
? Working with financial department for monthly business activity report.
Requirements:
? Fluent writing & speaking English.
? BA Degree or higher in business administration, economics or related field
? Excellent communication skill.
? Experience in management positions related to supply chain management and / or implementation of supply chain technology is preferred.
? Good knowledge in financial modeling and business analysis.
? Able to achieve effective strategic and tactical solutions to the complex business challenges, often requiring extensive detailed analysis and interpretation of large amounts of detailed information
? Planning skills necessary to develop effective business plans that reflect the company’s goals
? Able to provide timely and accurate responses to all business associates and customers
? Able to develop effective plans, objectives and goals that achieve desired results in a timely manner
? Able to organize work in a systematic way, establish clear lines of responsibility, and delegate effectively.
? Able to gather, analyze data and make and/or implement effective decisions in a timely manner
? Able to use technology to its fullest potential to achieve department and corporate goals.
