Primary Accountability
Responsible for on-site & external warehouse, kitting production, transportation and forwarder management.

This position will have potential to grow into a Director level when warehouse and logistics operation need to set up in other cities in China.



Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for inventory management, and maximize utilization of warehouse space.
? Improve inventory accuracy.
? Monitor and improve logistic cost efficiency.
? Improve and maintain order fulfillment at effective level.
? Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems;
? Improve warehouse layout and workflow.
? Improve people efficiency and maximize productivity.
? Establish and improve warehouse safety program.
? Implement 5S and lean concept into logistics management.
? Develop competence leaders with both technical knowledge and people management skill.
? Promote company culture and value to reinforce team work.
? Lead continuous improvement project in logistics function to constantly improve on cost, quality, efficiency etc.
? Improve and consolidate ERP and warehouse operating system.
? Ad hoc assignment as assigned.



Requirements
? Bachelor degree majored in logistics management or business administration.
? 10+ years work experience in logistics & warehouse, in which 5 years on a manager position.
? Experienced with SAP and warehouse operating systems, such as WMS.
? Experience of 5S and lean management.
? Good people skill, experience in change management.
? Experience of developing and implementing company culture & value.
? Structured thinking and good at make short-medium term plan in a logic way.
? Good oral and written English, persuasive communicator.
? Confident and passionate.
