PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Technician is responsible for obtaining new accounts and providing assistance to Di Bella Trading customers and their baristas / staff.
By providing quality service, advice and training following Di Bella Coffee standards and general support services. To ensure all customers are following Di Bella trading’ processes, paying particular attention to detail.

Specific Skills
1 Coffee Machines Knowledge
2 Knowledge of suppliers for coffee machine parts.
3 Strong customer service focus
4 Must be able to follow direction
5 Have a good knowledge of Shanghai / live in Shanghai

Experience / Knowledge
1 Minimum 1 years’ experience with Coffee Machines
2 Organize and prioritize workload

4 Able to quickly learn systems and processes

Di Bella Coffee now wholesales to customers Australia-wide, with Roasting Warehouses in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney and also retailing through the online Di Bella Coffee store, MyDiBellaCoffee.com.
